Frequently asked questions
Q: Where are you guys located?
A: Singapore. We currently only ship within Singapore. If you would like ship to another country you may find a forwarder for your country in Singapore. Or if you are willing to find your own delivery solution, you may contact us to discuss.
Q: Why don't you all have a physical store?
A: Rentals in Singapore is very expensive, we keep everything online so we can offer lower prices than other retailers.
Q: Why is there no self collection option?
A: We are working on a solution for self collection. There used to be in the past, however ever since an incident of customers stalking my female staff, I have decided to put a hold on self collection until we can come up with another solution. This is to protect the well beings of my staffs.
Q: I need the item urgently, is it possible to get it on the day itself?
A: Yes, contact us on telegram or Instagram if you require same day delivery. We will guide you through the payment process from there. However this is only possible provided we are still open for the day.
Q: Do you have any testimonies?
A: Yes, we are in business for more than 4 years, you may search us on Shopee SG, Lazada SG, or Carousell SG, we have a combined of more than 9000 5 stars reviews on these platforms (As of AUG 2026)
Q: Are the items you sell authentic?
A: Yes, we only sell official products and only sourced from Singapore official distributor for Pokemon and One Piece TCG. We do not even have parallel imports so our product channel is very clean as compared to other stores who mixes or only sell parallel import inventory. For Japanese Pokemon TCG products however, we sourced from a well known store in Kyoto Japan as Japanese Pokemon TCG does not have any official distributor outside of Japan.
Q: How can we know you guys never "filter", "weight" or reseal any of the products?
A: Don't trust us, trust the math. Statistically, the odds are not in the favor of the person opening the items. It never will be, it is designed this way. So first of all mathematically it is a losing game in the long run for such acts.
Secondly, by doing such acts, our capital gets hold up for much longer, as we will need to now go through more steps to get the initial capital back. We make more money selling the item as it is because our capital turnover is a lot of times faster than filtering/weighting/resealing. Introducing more work processes means more risk will be involved as well which is not ideal for a business. On top of that, the TCG market is extremely volatile, the longer you take to recoup your capital the higher chance of you making less or even lose money.
Thirdly, additional manpower and resources are needed for such unorthodox acts, increasing the cost and thus lowering or potentially making negative profit. Think about it, we minimally take in 100k SGD worth of sealed products every month, what kind of manpower and time is needed to reseal all these item at our scale. The resource/manpower cost and time will never justify such acts. It just does not make any logical business sense for us to do such things.
In conclusion, such unorthodox acts are not profitable in the long run. The numbers will never add up. Selling the item in its original sealed condition is much more profitable as we can turnover our capital much faster and in turn generate much more profits with much lower risk. We would not have so much satisfied customers and would not be in business for so long if we did such acts.
